The Barber

Andrei Daniliuc

A great haircut is patience made visible — one chair, one client, and the discipline to never rush the work.

The Craft

A barber raised on the old rules

From apprentice to master

Andrei Daniliuc didn't come to barbering through a weekend course. He came up the long way — years behind the chair, learning that a clean fade and a comfortable shave are built on fundamentals most shops have forgotten. His training drew heavily on the classic old-school barbershop, where craftsmanship, conversation, and consistency mattered more than the latest fad.

Dre The Barber is the room he always wanted to work in: dark wood, brass, leather, and the smell of hot towels — a place built around the cut, not the clock. It is in Timișoara, and it proudly carries the spirit of the old, classic barbershops.

Trained by hand, not by trend

Andrei learned the trade the slow way — sweeping floors, stropping razors, and watching seasoned barbers before he was ever trusted with a head of hair.

An old-school sensibility

His style was shaped by the great American shop tradition: sharp lines, honest grooming, and an unhurried respect for the man in the chair.

He opened his own room to do the work properly — appointment only, no shortcuts, every cut finished to a standard he will put his name to.

“A man should leave the chair feeling like the best version of himself — unhurried, and certain it was done right.”

The Room

Built for the ritual

Where the work happens

The shop is quiet by design. There is no queue at the door and no second chair competing for attention — only the work in front of him. You'll find dark wood and low light, a strop within reach, and the steady rhythm of a barber who has done this thousands of times and still treats your cut like the only one that day.

Leather and brass

A single heavy chair, worn leather, and warm brass fittings — surroundings made to slow you down the moment you sit.

The hot-towel finish

Steamed towels open the skin and soften the work, the way a proper shave and trim has always been closed out.

Straight-razor lines

Edges and neckline finished with an open blade — the cleanest, most exacting way to define a cut.

The Difference

What sets the chair apart

Small things, done consistently, are why men come back to this chair instead of another.

Precision over speed

Every line is checked from more than one angle. The cut is finished when it is right — never when the next client arrives.

One chair, full attention

A single-chair, appointment-only room means you are never rushed and never overlooked. The hour is yours alone.

A standard he stands behind

Hot towels, a straight-razor finish, and grooming products chosen for your hair — every cut finished to a level Andrei will put his own name on.
